Curry This can be put in the microwave at minute intervals (stirring each time) until piping hot (about 5mins) Or alternatively on the stove.
Rice This can be microwaved in a separate container with a splash of water, stirring at 30 second intervals until piping hot (usually 2-3 mins) Or alternatively use the bag it is already in and place in boiling water on the stove for 2 minutes
Main Meals – come frozen so you can cook for dinner on short notice or keep frozen for another day.
